It may happen that you find yourself stuck on the Lilypad App connecting screen, which will look like one of these:

If a screen pops up asking you if you want to retry, press "Ok." If you find yourself waiting on the "Finding your Lilypad" screen for more than a minute with no change, try to reconnect by closing and then reopening the Lilypad App.


If your app continues to tell you that it is unable to connect to your scale, or you continue to find yourself waiting on the "Finding your Lilypad" screen for more than a minute with no change, then this means that your phone is not able to connect to your Lilypad scale. This generally happens if the phone cannot find one or more of the pads, which could happen if a pad is too far away (such as being in a different part of your house) or if one of more pads are off, for example if the batteries are dead.
