Yes! You can either set the four weighing pads up each time without a mat, or each different user of the scale can have their own mat corresponding to that individual or wheelchair. You can even share a scale between wheelchair users and people who would like to sit down in a dining room chair to be weighed. If you have a few users, each with their own mat, the same weighing elements can be used among different users by simply swapping which mat they are attached to, a quick and easy process.
